This score is displayed prominently on the dashboard in a vibrant, easy-to-read card. It gives users a clear, positive target to aim for each day that isn't tied to weight or restriction.

The Weekly Insights Report

At the end of each week, the app synthesizes the user's data into a beautiful, easy-to-digest report. It avoids overwhelming users with raw data, instead telling a story.
